to perform in that he solicited and/or received and/or retained and/or agreed to accept a bribe in that he solicited and/or received and/or retained and/or agreed to accept firearms pursuant to an understanding that Officer Reyes Moran III wouldimproperly influence or attempt to influence the performance of any act related to his employment as a police officer, thereby violating 720 ILCS 5/33-3(b).

Possession of a Handgun, a 9mm Hi-Point Pistol, Serial Number P014859, knowing he had no reasonable grounds to believe that James Robinson was committing or had cOmmitted an offense, thereby violating 725 ILCS 5/107-2(1)(c).

On or about November 12, 1997, at or near 8705 South Saginaw, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Reyes Moran III committed the offense of Official Misconduct, in that he, a public employee, in his official capacity, knowingly performed an act he knew was forbidden by law to perform: to wit: False Arrest, in that he knowingly arrested James Robinson for Unlawful Possession of a Handgun, knowing he had no reasonable grounds to believe that James Robinson was committing or had committed said offense, thereby violating 720 ILCS 5/3 3-3(b).
