Noele Adkins

On or about February 20, 2003, Timekeeper NOELE K. ADKINS, committed the offense of forgery, in that with an intent to defraud she knowingly created and signed a letter purported to have been created and signed by Kathy Devaney of the Chicago Police Department, Personnel Division, Employee Development Section, and delivered the letter to Sharon Caesar, Assistant Director of Financial Services for Robert Morris College, without authorization, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/17-3(a)(1).

On or about February 20, 2003, Timekeeper NOELE K. ADKINS, committed the offense of forgery, in that with an intent to defraud she knowingly created and signed a letter purported to have been created and signed by Kathy Devaney of the Chicago Police Department, Personnel Divison, Employee Development Section, and delivered the letter to Sharon Caesar, Assistant Director of Financial Services for Robert Morris College, without authorization, in violation of Chapter 720 1LCS 5/17- 3(a)(2).

On or about February 20, 2003, she committed the offense of forgery, in that with an intent to defraud she knowingly created and signed a letter purported to have been created and signed by Kathy Devaney of the
Chicago Police Department, Personnel Division, Employee Development Section, and/or delivered the letter to Sharon Caesar, Assistant Director of Financial Services for Robert Morris College, without authorization.

On or about February 20, 2003, she committed the offense of forgery, in that with an intent to defraud she knowingly created and signed a letter purported to have been created and signed by Kathy Devaney of the Chicago Police Department, Personnel Division, Employee Development Section, and/or delivered the letter to Sharon Caesar, Assistant Director of Financial Services for Robert Morris College, without authorization.
