From on or about 24 April 2000 through and including 24 May 2000, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer Richards engaged in secondary employment at the Chicago Board of Education while on the medical roll of the Chicago Police Department.

From on or about 10 January 2001 through and including 27 March 2001, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer Richards engaged in secondary employment at the Chicago Board of Education while on the medical roll of the Chicago Police Department.

From on or about 24 April 2000 through and including 24 May 2000, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer Richards engaged in secondary employment at the Chicago Board of Education while on the medical roll of the Chicago Police Department, thereby violating General Order 89-8-IV-K.

From on or about 10 January 2001 through and including 27 March 2001, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer Richards engaged in secondary employment at the Chicago Board of Education while on the medical roll of the Chicago Police Department, thereby violating General Order 89-8-IV-K.
