Count 1 Not Guilty There was insufficient evidence presented by the Superintendent at the hearing to prove that on or about December 21, 2002, Officer Baez, while off duty and without justification, displayed and/or pointed her firearm at Lieutenant Robert Cooper, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

Count 1 Not Guilty There was insufficient evidence presented by the Superintendent at the hearing to prove that on or about December 21, 2002, Officer Baez, while off duty and without justification, displayed and/or pointed her firearm at Lieutenant Robert Cooper, thereby disrespecting and maltreating Lieutenant Robert Cooper.
