Kevin Morrison

From on or about June 1, 2001 to in or about June 2003, or on one or more dates therein, Police Officer Kevin Morrison failed to cooperate with a criminal investigation, in violation of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 5/33-3(a).

From on or about June 1, 2001 to in or about June 2003, or on one or more dates therein, Police Officer Kevin Morrison failed to cooperate with a criminal investigation, thus impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

Police Officer Kevin Morrison made a false report in that on or about June 1, 2001 he reported to Sergeant Luke Kelly that Morrison contacted Morrison's informant and/or that Morrison's informant did not want to meet with Morrison and/or Kelly; and in Morrison's statement to the investigating sergeant on or about July, 2, 2003, Morrison stated that on June 1, 2001 he (Morrison) did not make contact with Morrison's informant, thus impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

From on or about June 1, 2001 to in or about June 2003, or on one or more dates therein, Police Officer Kevin Morrison failed to cooperate with a criminal investigation, thus failing to promote the Department's efforts to implement its policy or accomplish its goals.

Police Officer Kevin Morrison made a false report in that on or about June 1, 2001 he reported to Sergeant Luke Kelly that Morrison contacted Morrison's informant and/or that Morrison's informant did not want to meet with Morrison and/or Kelly; and in Morrison's statement to the investigating sergeant on or about July, 2, 2003, Morrison stated that on June 1, 2001 he (Morrison) did not make contact with Morrison's informant, thus failing to promote the Department's efforts to implement its policy or accomplish its goals.

Police Officer Kevin Morrison made a false report, written or oral, in that on or about June 1, 2001 he reported to Sergeant Luke Kelly that he (Morrison) contacted Morrison's informant and/or that Morrison's informant did not want to meet with Morrison and/or Kelly; and in Morrison's statement to the investigating sergeant on or about July, 2, 2003, Morrison stated that on June 1, 2001 he (Morrison) did not make contact with Morrison's informant.
