Fraction rendered a urine specimen that contained cocaine metabolites, thereby evidencing possession and/or ingestion and/or some type of use of cocaine on or before July 8, 2004, in violation of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 570/402(a).
