Count 1 Not Guilty There was insufficient evidence presented by the Superintendent to prove that on or about August 11, 2003, at 1450 North Sedgwick, also known as 1365 North Hudson, Apt. 451, 7-C, she was in possession of cocaine, thereby violating Chapter 720 ILCS 570/402(c).
