Count 1 Not Guilty On or about May 22, 1999, Police Officer Pearson, while off duty, in the vicinity of 8220 S. Maryland Avenue, entered the apartment of Tina Bradley-Junior without a warrant or her permission, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 2 Not Guilty On or about May 22, 1999, Police Officer Pearson, while off duty, in the vicinity of 8220 S. Maryland Avenue, engaged in an unjustified physical altercation with Tina Bradley-Junior, who was pregnant at the time, in that he pushed her, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 3 Not Guilty On or about May 22, 1999, Police Officer Pearson, while off duty, in the vicinity of 8220 S. Maryland Avenue, called Patricia Martin "stupid," thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. Count 4 Not Guilty On or about September 29, 1999, Officer Pearson provided a false statement to the Office of Professional Standards when he stated that he was not at 8220 S.
