- The superintendent did not prove by a preponderance of the evidence that on or before November 5, 2005, the Respondent obtained control over stolen property knowing the property to have been stolen or under such circumstances as would reasonably induce her to believe that the property was stolen, in that she was in possession of counterfeit digital video discs, in violation of chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, section 5/16-1(a)(4).

West Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, she had various Chicago
Police Department documents and/or one or more Riverdale
Police Department documents in her residence, without

Department.
