Count 2 Not Guilty The Superintendent did not prove by a preponderance of evidence that on or about March 24, 2005, the Respondent disclosed information to Michael Meyers regarding a covert narcotics investigation being conducted by the Chicago Police Department in and around one or more buildings located at or near 2310, 2330, and/or 2450 South State Street, Chicago, Illinois.
