Count 1 Not Guilty On or about June 3, 2006, Police Officer Hicks, when faced with a deadly-force situation at Dominick's Food Store, located at or near 2101 East 71' Street, Chicago, in which the offender, James King, drew a gun, failed to respond with the appropriate use of force and/or failed to engage the threat by retreating from the threat.

Count 1 Not Guilty From in or around 2002, to the date the charges were filed, or for some period of time therein, the Respondent fraternized and/or maintained an association with Michael Meyers, an individual convicted of one or more felonies and/or misdemeanors.
