Cardinal Castillo

on or arJouc November 21, 2004, he possessed and/or
carried a firearm registered to another police officer that
he (the Respondent) was not authorized to possess and/or
carry, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve
its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the
Department.

On or about November 21, 2004, at 7215 South
Mozart Drive, Chicago, while off duty, he struck Erica
Lopez-Castillo on the face, causing a laceration, thereby
impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and
goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

From on or about February 18, 2005, through on or
about March 2, 2005, he left threatening and/or profane
voice-mail messages to Erica Lopez-Castillo, thereby
impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and
goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about November 21, 2004, he failed to secure his weapon properly and/or left his weapon with another police officer, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department

On or about November 21, 2004, he failed to surrender all of the weapons that he possessed and/or were registered to him at the time of his arrest, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

From in or around 2002, to the date the charges were filed, or for some period of time
therein, the Respondent fraternized and/or maintained an association with Michael Meyers, an individual convicted of one or more felonies and/or misdemeanors.

On or about November 21, 2004, at 7215 South Mozart Drive, Chicago, while off duty, he struck Erica Lopez- Castillo on the face, causing a laceration, thereby disrespecting or maltreating any person, while on or off duty.

From on or about February 18, 2005, through on or
about March 2, 2005, he left threatening and/or profane
voice-mail messages to Erica Lopez-Castillo, thereby
disrespecting or maltreating any person, while on or off
duty.

On or about November 21, 2004, at or around 7215 South
Mozart Drive, Chicago, while off duty, he struck Erica Lopez-Castillo on the face, causing a laceration, thereby engaging in any unjustified verbal or physical altercation with any person, while on or off duty.

On or about November 21, 2004, he was inattentive
to duty in that failed to secure his weapon properly and/or
left his weapon with another police officer.

On or about November 21, 2004, he was inattentive
to duty in that, at the time of his arrest, he failed to surrender all of the weapons that he possessed and/or were registered to him.
