Count 1 Not Guilty From in or around 2002, to the date the charges were filed, or for some period of time therein, the Respondent fraternized and/or maintained an association with Michael Meyers, an individual convicted of one or more felonies and/or misdemeanors. Count 2 Not Guilty On or about August 11, 2005, in the vicinity of 5205 South Nagle Avenue, Chicago, he made unwanted physical contact with Gina Pehlke by wrapping his arms around her, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals, and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
