You know you get to take a car home too," or
words to that effect, and/or on or about March 2, 2007, he stated, "I took the radios. I guess it's all on me," or words to that effect; however, on or about July 27, 2007, in a statement to the Internal Affairs Division, he said that he did not have custody and control of the two radios, and/or that he had no knowledge that the two radios were in his residence, and or that he had no knowlcdi:ze of how the
two radios came to be in his residence, or words to that effect.
