Anthony Abbate

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Anthony Abbate, while off duty, intentionally or knowingly without legal justification, caused bodily harm to Michael Muellner, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(1) and/or made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3 (a)(2).

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Anthony Abbate, while off duty, intentionally or knowingly without justification, caused bodily harm to James Passera, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(1) and/or made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3 (a)(2).

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Anthony Abbate, while off duty, intentionally or knowingly without justification, caused bodily harm to Karolina Obrycka in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(1) and/or made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in violation of 720 I hCS 5:12-30)(2), and
in committing a battery, intentionally or knowinglY, caused great bodily
harm to Karolina Obrvcka, thereby committing aggravated battery, in violation 720 ILCS 5/12-4 (b)(8).

On or abc- mt February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop lnn,located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate committed the offense of Official Misconduct, in that Police Officer Abbate, a public employee in his official capacity, to wit: a Chicago Police Officer, knowingly performed an act which he knew to be forbidden by law to perform, to wit: Police Officer Abbate violated Article V Rule 1 of the City of Chicago Department of Police Rules and Regulations, which states: "Prohibited Acts Include: Violation of Any Law or Ordinance," in that Police Officer Abbate, intentionally or knowingly, without legal justification, caused bodily harm to Michael Muellner in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(1) and/or made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(2), thereby in violation of 720 ILCS 5/33-3(b).

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, disrespected and/or physically maltreated Michael Muellner when he repeatedly directed profanities at Michael Muellner and/or threw Michael Muellner to the ground, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, disrespected and/or physically maltreated James Passera when he repeatedly struck James Passera about the body, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, threw Karolina Obrycka to the ground and/or repeatedly struck Karolina Obrycka about the body, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, was intoxicated, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, was intoxicated, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department. On or about February 19, 2007, to on or about the present, or on one or more dates therein, Police Officer Abbate conspired with Linda Burnickas and/or Gary Ortiz and/or and Patricia Chiriboga to influence a criminal and/or administrative investigation, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policies and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, disrespected and/or physically maltreated Karolina Obrycka when he threw Karolina Obrycka to the ground and/or
repeatedly struck Karolina Obrycka about the body, thereby engaging in
disrespect or maltreatment of any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, disrespected and/or physically maltreated Michael Muellner when he repeatedly directed profanities at Michael Muellner and/or threw Michael Muellner to the ground, thereby engaging in disrespect or maltreatment of any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, disrespected and/or physically maltreated James Passera when he repeatedly struck James Passera about the body, thereby engaging in disrespect or maltreatment of any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, threw Karolina Obrycka to the ground and/or repeatedly struck Karolina Obrvcka about the body, thereby engaging in an unjustified verbal or physical altercation with any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, repeatedly directed profanities at Michael Muellner and/or threw Michael Muellner to the ground, thereby engaging in an unjustified verbal or physical altercation with any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 119, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, repeatedly struck James Passera about the body, thereby engaging in an unjustified verbal or physical altercation with any person, while on or off duty.

On or about February 19, 2007, while patronizing Jessie's Short Stop Inn, located at 5425 West Belmont, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Abbate, while off duty, was intoxicated.
