insulting or provoking nature with Amando Lucas, who was handcuffed
with his arms behind his back, in that he struck Amando Lucas in the head one or more times, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(2).

and/or pushed him against the wall, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS
