Count 1 Not Guilty On or about January 10, 2007, at or about 4011 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, she willfully allowed her minor son, Darian Norwood, to live in filthy and deplorable conditions that endangered his life and/or health—to wit, conditions including a residence filled with urine-soaked mattresses and piles of clothing, and/or a refrigerator with no edible food and mold inside—in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-21.6(a). Count 2 Not Guilty On or about January 10, 2007, at or about 4011 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, she willfully allowed her minor son, Timothy Norwood, to live in filthy and deplorable conditions that endangered his life and/or health—to wit, conditions including a residence filled with urine-soaked mattresses and piles of clothing, and/or a refrigerator with no edible food and mold inside—in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-21.6(a).
