Dante Walker

On or about February 23, 2006, he used his official position for personal gain by
using his City of Chicago Police Department User Identification and Password to access the Arrestee History Report and/or Criminal Report of Breanna Smith, also known as Nadia Smith, thereby bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about July 6, 2007, at the Office of Professional Standards (now known as the Independent Police Review Authority), located at or near 10 West 35th Street, Suite1200, Chicago, he made false statements to Investigator Alice Chico when he denied
knowing that Nadia Smith was a convicted felon, thereby bringing discredit upon the
Department.

On or about July 6, 2007, at the Office of Professional Standards (now known as the Independent Police Review Authority), located at or near 10 West 35th Street, Suite 1200, Chicago, he made false statements to Investigator Alice Chico when he denied
obtaining Nadia Smith's Criminal History and/or Arrestee History, thereby bringing discredit upon the Department.

From in or about November of 2004 through in or about May of 2007, or for some period of time therein, he associated with Nadia Smith, an individual he knew to be convicted of one or more felonies, thereby bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about July 6, 2007, at the Office of Professional Standards (now known as the Independent Police Review Authority), located at or near 10 West 35t h Street, Suite1200, Chicago, he made false statements to Investigator Alice Chico when he denied obtaining Nadia Smith's Criminal History and/or Arrestee History.

On or about July 6, 2007, at the Office of Professional Standards (now known as the Independent Police Review Authority), located at or near 10 West 35th Street, Suite 1200, Chicago, he made false statements to Investigator Alice Chico when he denied
obtaining Nadia Smith's Criminal History and/or Arrestee History.

From in or about November of 2004 through in or about May of 2007, or for some period of time therein, he associated with Nadia Smith, an individual he knew to be convicted of
one or more felonies.
