Count 1 Not Guilty On or about June 11, 2008, at or about 1160 East 85th Street in Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Terrence Howard intentionally and/or knowingly without legal justification caused bodily harm to his wife Sandra McHatten, in that Officer Howard choked Sandra McHatten and/or struck Sandra McHatten in or about her face and/or her head, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5112-3(a)(1). Count 2 Not Guilty On or about June 11, 2008, at or about 1160 East 85th Street in Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Terrence Howard intentionally and/or knowingly without legal justification made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with his wife Sandra McHatten, in that Officer Howard choked Sandra McHatten and/or struck Sandra McHatten in or about her face and/or her head, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a)(2).
