Count 1 Not Guilty Between in or around 16 March 1998, and in or around November 1999, in the Middle District of Tennessee and elsewhere, Police Officer Peter Mata, along with Barry Sanders, aka "Barry Daniel", and/or Roger Miller, aka "UNC", did combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with each other and with other persons, to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute and to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, a schedule II controlled substance in violation of Title 21, United States Code Section 841(a)(1); and/or Title 21, United States Code, Section 846 and/or Title 18, United States Code, Section 2. Count 2 Not Guilty Between in and around 16 March 1998, and in or around November 1999, in the Middle District of Tennessee and elsewhere, Police Officer Peter Mata, along with Barry Sanders, aka "Barry Daniel", and/or Roger Miller, aka "UNC", did combine, conspire, and confederate, and agree with each other and with other persons to commit money laundering with the intent to promote the carrying on of specified unlawful activity, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2 and/or Title 18, United States Code, Section 1956(h).
