Demetreus Boykin

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1915 West 14t h Street, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of Unlawful Use of Weapons, in that he possessed, in his vehicle, a .38
caliber Rossi revolver, 3 inch barrel, Serial Number D587736, thereby violating Chapter 720 ILCS 5/24-1(a) (4).

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1915 West 14' Street, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of Failure to Register a Firearm, in that he possessed, in his vehicle, a .38
caliber Rossi revolver, 3 inch barrel, Serial Number D587736, which was not registered, thereby violating City of Chicago Municipal Code, Chapter 8-20, Section 040.

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin operated a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol
concentration was approximately .171, thereby violating Chapter 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a) (1).

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of
alcohol, thereby violating Chapter 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a) (2).

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Pauline, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of reckless driving in that he
drove without due caution in a manner so as to endanger or likely to endanger any person or property, thereby violating Chapter 625 ILCS 5/11-503(a).

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1915 West 14' Street, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of Unlawful Use of Weapons, in that he possessed, in his vehicle, a .38
caliber Rossi revolver, 3 inch barrel, Serial Number D587736, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1915 West 14' Street, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of Failure to Register a
Firearm, in that he possessed, in his vehicle, a .38 caliber Rossi revolver, 3 inch barrel, Serial Number D587736, which was not registered, thereby impeding the
Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and
bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin operated a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol concentration was approximately .171, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of
alcohol, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin committed the offense of reckless driving in that he

Intoxication on or off duty, in that on or about May 21, 2000, at or near 1300 South Paulina, Chicago, Illinois, Property Custodian Demetreus E. Boykin was intoxicated as evidenced by a Breathalyzer reading of .171.
