Rule 1	1 count	Violation of any law or ordinance. Count 1 Not Guilty On or about March 26, 2000, at or near 7505 S. Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, committed the offense of Domestic Battery, in that he, among other things, poked Martha Franklin in the eye, pushed her one or more times, stepped on her foot to prevent her from moving, and/or lunged at her, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-3.2 (A) (1) and/or (2).
Rule 2	3 counts	Any action or conduct which impedes the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or brings discredit upon the Department. Count 1 Not Guilty On or about March 26, 2000, at or near 7505 S. Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, brought discredit upon the department and impeded the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals in that he attempted to prevent Martha Franklin from calling the police when he tried to grab the telephone from her hand. Count 2 Not Guilty On or about March 26, 2000, at or near 7505 S. Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, brought discredit upon the department and impeded the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals in that he refused to leave Martha Franklin's home after she told him one or more times to do so. Count 3 Not Guilty On or about March 26, 2000, at or near 7505 S. Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, brought discredit upon the department and impeded the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals in that he, among other things, poked Martha Franklin in the eye, pushed her one or more times, stepped on her foot to prevent her from moving, and/or lunged at her, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/12-3.2 (A) (1) and/or (2).

Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, disrespected Martha Franklin when he engaged in an unjustified verbal altercation with her, whereby he directed profanities at her and/or called her names. Count 3 Not Guilty On or about March 26, 2000, at or near 7505 S. Ridgeland, Civilian Charles Grant, while off duty, mistreated Martha Franklin when he engaged in an unjustified physical altercation with her, whereby he pushed her one or more times, stepped on her foot, and/or lunged at her.
