Nowakowski rendered a urine specimen that contained Drostanolone and/or its metabolites, Nandrolone metabolites, and/or Trenbolone metabolites, and thus he possessed an anabolic steroid on or before January 21, 2009, in violation of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 570/402(d).
