Charles Pearson

On or about March 24, 2000, at the Look It Over Lounge, 1200 E. 79 th Street, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Charles Pearson committed the offense of theft, in that he purchased two cases (liters) of Hennessy Cognac and one case (liters) of Crown Royal Whisky for the sum of $550.00 United States Currency after having been explicitly told that the property was stolen, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS, Section 5/16-1a-5.

On or about March 24, 2000 at the Look It Over Lounge, 1200 E. 79 th Street, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Charles Pearson purchased two cases of (liters) of Hennessy Cognac and
one case (liters) of Crown Royal Whiskey for the sum of $550.00 United States Currency, after having been explicitly told that the property was stolen, thereby impeding the Department's
efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about March 22 and/or March 24, 2000, at the Look It Over Lounge, 1200 E. 79 th Street, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Charles Pearson was observed engaging directly in the maintenance and/or operation of a tavern or retail liquor
establishment by counting money obtained from video machines located in the establishment and/or securing the premises for the night by locking all doors and burglar gates and setting the alarm system, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about March 22 and/or March 24, 2000, at the Look It Over Lounge, 1200 E. 79 th Street, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Charles Pearson was observed counting money obtained from
video machines located in the establishment and/or securing the premises for the night by locking all doors and burglar gates and setting the alarm system, thereby engaging directly or indirectly
in the ownership, maintenance, or operation of a tavern or retail liquor establishment.
