Count 1 In that on June 22, 1997, on the Trump Casino Boat, 1 N. Buffmgton Harbor, Gary, Indiana, Youth Investigator Fredrick D. Peoples took roulette chips valued at $3,100.00 USC from roulette table #522 and attempted to flee and was subsequently subdued and arrested, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

Peoples committed the offense of criminal conversion in that he took roulette chips valued at $3,100.00 USC from roulette table #522, thereby violating Indiana Law IC 35-43-4-3 Conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Count 2 In that on June 22, 1997, on the Trump Casino Boat, 1 N. Buffmgton Harbor, Gary, Indiana, Youth Investigator Fredrick D. Peoples committed the offense of theft in that he took roulette chips valued at $3,100.00 USC from roulette table #522, thereby violating Indiana Law IC 35-43-4-2 Theft, a Class D Felony.
