Count 1 Not Guilty On November 16, 1998, Officer Adams rendered a urine specimen, which did not contain marijuana metabolites, thus did not evidence possession and/or ingestion and/or some type of marijuana use, and did not thereby violate Chapter 720 ILCS 550/4, by possessing some amount of marijuana on or before November 16,1998, and did not thereby violate a law.
