Daryl Parham

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110th Place, Chicago Illinois, Daryl D. Parham committed the offense of Unlawful Use of Weapons, in that he possessed, in his vehicle, a .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, 2 inch barrel, Serial Number AM 60856, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/24-1 (a) (4) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham committed the offense of Soliciting Unlawful Business of a Prostitute, in that he agreed to exchange money for sex with a woman in violation of the City of Chicago Municipal Code, Chapter 10-8, Section 515.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham committed the offense of Soliciting for a prostitute, in that he agreed to solicit another for the purpose of prostitution, and/or arranged or offered to arrange a meeting of persons for the purpose of prostitution, in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS 5/11-15(a)(1) and/or (2) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham committed the offense of Failure to Register a Firearm, in that he possessed in his vehicle, a .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, 2 inch barrel, Serial Number Am 60856, which was not registered to him, in violation of City of Chicago Municipal Code, Chapter 8-20, Section 040.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham brought discredit on the Department when he possessed in his vehicle, a .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, 2 inch barrel, Serial Number Am 60856, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham brought discredit upon the Department when he agreed to exchange money for sex with a woman, and/or agreed to solicit another for purpose of prostitution and/or arranged or offered to arrange a meeting of persons for the purpose of prostitution, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about March 19, 1999, in the vicinity of 40 E. 110 th Place, Chicago, Illinois, Daryl D. Parham, brought discredit on the Department when he possessed, in his vehicle, a .32 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, 2 inch barrel, Serial Number 60856, which was not registered to him, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
