and/or bringing discredit upon the Department;

obtained or exerted unauthorized control over United States Currency of a value less
than three hundred dollars, the property of the Chicago Police Department, intending

property, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals
and/or bringing discredit upon the Department;

perform, to wit: Theft, thereby violating Chapter 720 ILCS, Section 5/33-3(B);
