On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello, while on duty and in uniform, committed the offense of Theft in that he knowingly obtained or exerted unauthorized control over United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, from the person of Special Agent George Ragus, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act
5, Section 16-1-A(1) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello, while on duty and in uniform, committed the offense of Theft in that he knowingly obtained by deception, control over United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, from the person of Special Agent George Ragus, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and
benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act 5, Section 16-1-A(2) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello committed the offense of Official Misconduct in that he, a public employee, acting in his official capacity as a Chicago Police Officer, knowingly performed an act which he knew was forbidden by law to perform, to wit: Officer
Tortoriello, while on duty and in uniform, knowingly obtained or exerted unauthorized control over United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, from the person of Special Agent George Ragus, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act
5, Section 33-3(b) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello committed the offense of Official Misconduct in that he, a public employee, acting in his official capacity as a Chicago Police Officer, knowingly performed an act which he knew was forbidden by law to perform, to wit: Officer
Tortoriello, while on duty and in uniform, knowingly obtained by deception control over United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations from the person of Special Agent
George Ragus intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act 5, Section 33-3(b) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello committed the offense of
Official Misconduct in that he, a public employee acting in his official capacity as a Chicago Police Officer, with the intent to obtain a personal advantage for himself or another, performed an act in excess of his lawful authority, to wit: Officer Tortoriello; while on duty and in uniform, knowingly obtained or exerted unauthorized control over
United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations from the person of Special Agent George Ragus, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of chapter 720, Act 5, Section 33-3(c) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about March 12, 2000, at or near 5129W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello while on duty and in uniform, acting in concert with Police Officer Michael Simpson, committed the offense of Theft, in that he knowingly obtained or exerted unauthorized control over United States currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, from the person of Special Agent Milan Momcilovic, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act 5, Section 16-1-A(1) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, 1992, as amended; and/or

On or about April 9, 2000, at or near 5129 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Tortoriello, acting in concert with Police Officer Michael Simpson, while on duty and in uniform, committed the offense of Theft, in that he knowingly obtained by deception control over United States Currency, the property of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, from the person of Special Agent Milan Momcilovic, intending to deprive him permanently of the use and benefit of said property, in violation of Chapter 720, Act 5, Section 16-1-A(2) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, 1992, as amended; and/or
