Count 1 On or about January 2, 2010, Police Officer Kevin D. Wyman hindered the preliminary investigation of a motor vehicle accident he was involved in (specifically, RD #HS 101855) by fleeing a Chicago Fire Department ambulance in the vicinity of MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois, at approximately 2:00pm, thus preventing on-duty Department members from investigating whether Officer Wyman was intoxicated, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.
