Cicero Avenue, Burbank, Illinois, Police Officer Richard Rizzo failed to secure his firearm, in that Michelle Szczech retrieved his firearm from the unlocked compartment of his motorcycle and threw it on the ground and/or retrieved his firearm from the ground and/or placed her foot on his firearm, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
