David Cano

On or about October 9, 2015, Officer Cano provided a urine sample for testing, the results of which were positive for cocaine metabolite. Thus, on or before October 9, 2015, Officer Cano possessed cocaine, in violation of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 570/402(c), thereby violationg any law or ordinance.

On or about October 9, 2015, Officer Cano provided a urine sample for testing, the results of which were positive for cocaine metabolite. Thus, on or about October 9, 2015, Officer Cano used illegal drugs, in violation of Employee Resources E01-09 ("Drugs, Drug Abuse, and Mandatory Physical and/or Psychological Examinations"), thereby disobeying any order or directive, whether written or oral.

On or about October 9, 2015, Officer Cano provided a urine sample for testing, the results of which were positive for cocaine metabolite, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about September 9, 2015, Officer Cano contacted Ronnie Bolden one or more times to arrange a meeting with Ronnie Bolden for the purpose of purchasing cocaine and/or crack cocaine from Ronnie Bolden, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
