On or about August 2, 2000, at approximately 2000 hours, while in the vicinity of 6531 S. Lowe, Chicago, Illinois, Crossing Guard Tammy Brown, while off duty, struck Lakeisha Cosey about the head and body, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On or about October 3, 2000, Crossing Guard Tammy Brown pled guilty to the offense of battery, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department. On or about August 2, 2000,at approximately 2000 hours, while in the vicinity of 6531 S. Lowe, Chicago, Illinois, Crossing Guard Tammy Brown, while off duty, did disrespect and maltreat any person in that she struck Lakeisha Cosey about the head and body. On or about August 2, 2000, at approximately 2000 hours, while in the vicinity of 6531 S. Lowe, Chicago, Illinois, Crossing Guard Tammy Brown engaged in an unjustified verbal or physical altercation with any person, while off duty, in that she struck Lakeisha Cosey about the head and body.
