Walton, 13 MCI 114075 (Cir. Ct. Cook County 2013) that at approximately 7:15 p.m. on April 20, 2013, she was working as a police officer for the Chicago Police Department and assigned to the area of 1329 West 97th Place, Chicago, Illinois, when she effectuated an arrest of an individual.
