Count 1 On or about October 3, 2000, Police Officer Kidd committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct, in that he knowingly made a false report of the theft of a 1999 Suzuki motorcycle, VIN# JSIGN78A7X2103186, to the Evergreen Park Police Department, thereby violating 720 ILCS 5/26-1(a)(4). Count 2 On or about October 3, 2000 Police Officer Kidd committed the offense of False Report of a Vehicle Theft, in that he knowingly made a false report of the theft of a 1999 Suzuki motorcycle, VIN# JSIGN78A7X2103186, to the Evergreen Park Police Department, thereby violating 625 ILCS 5/4-103(a)(6).
