Jesionowski, while on-duty, drove a Department-issued vehicle while intoxicated and/or under the influence of alcohol, for which he was subsequently issued a citation for violating 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(l) and/or 625 ILCS 5/11-50l(a)(2).

On September 12, 2019, the Superintendent moved to withdraw the charges against the
Respondent without prejudice because the Respondent resigned from the Chicago Police
Department. The Police Board has considered the Superintendent’s motion.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Superintendent’s motion is granted, and the
proceedings before the Police Board are terminated.
