Bernard L. Wortham

On or about November 16, 1997, Police officer Bernard L. Wortam committed an act of sexual conduct upon Shannon Robertson, to wit: he performed an act of oral sex upon Shannon Robertson, 16 years of age, against his will, thereby being disrespectful to and/or maltreatment of any person while off duty.

On November 16, 1997, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham rendered a urine specimen which contained marijuana metabolites, thereby violating General Order 90-5, Article III, Section B.

On November 16, 1997, at or near 7760 S. Coles, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham gave an alcoholic beverage to two minors, to wit: he gave Tangueray Gin to Shannon Robertson, 16 years old and Brian Turner, 17 years old, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On November 16, 1997, at or near 4300 S. State Street, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham, gave Brian Turner 17 years old, $20.00 US Currency to purchase marijuana, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On November 16, 1997, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham rendered a urine specimen which contained marijuana metabolites, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On November 16, 1997, at or about 0330 hours, at or near 7760 S. Coles, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham committed the offense of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault, in that he committed an act of sexual conduct upon Shannon Robertson, to wit: he performed an act of oral sex upon Shannon Robertson while holding a position of trust and authority over Shannon Robertson, while Shannon Robertson was at least 13 years of age but under 17 years and Officer Wortham was at least 5 years older than Shannon Robertson, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

On November 16, 1997, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham, Star #6193, rendered a urine specimen which contained marijuana metabolites, thereby violating 720 ILCS, Act 550/4, by possessing some amount of marijuana on or before November 16, 1997.

On November 16, 1997, at or about 0330 hours, at or near 7760 S. Coles, Chicago, Illinois, Police Officer Bernard L. Wortham committed the offense of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault, in that he committed an act of sexual conduct upon Shannon Robertson, to wit: he performed an act of oral sex upon Shannon Robertson while holding a position of trust and authority over Shannon Robertson, while Shannon Robertson was at least 13 years of age but under 17 years and Officer Wortham was at least 5 years older than Shannon Robertson, thereby violating 720 ILCS, Act 5, Section 16-16(f).
