Count 1 On or about November 25/26, 1996, Police Officer Tasha C. Bush, Star #11224, used her official position as a Chicago Police Officer to access the Department's computer system to obtain information regarding Illinois vehicle license registration, and released said information to a person she believed to be working for a subject known as Garret Glover, AKA DInky, a known member of a street gang, in a manner not provided by Department orders.

Bush, Star #11224, used her official position as a Chicago Police Officer to access the Department's computer system to obtain information regarding Illinois vehicle license registration and released said information to a person she believed to be working for a subject named Garret Glover, AKA Dinky, a known member of a street gang, thereby using her official position for personal gain and/or influence.
