Rule 1	2 counts	Violation of any law or ordinance. Count 1 On November 23, 1997, at or around 7900 South Yates, Chicago, Illinois, Custodial Worker Marvin L. Daniels, Employee #170074, failed to comply with Illinois law requiring that he exhibit a driver's license on demand in that he was not in possession of his license for display upon demand in that he was not in possession of his license for display upon demand by Chicago Police officers, thereby violating 625 ILCS 5/6-112. Count 2 On November 23, 1997, at or around 7900 South Yates, Chicago, Illinois, Custodial Worker Marvin L. Daniels, Employee #170074, committed the offense of transportation or possession of alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle, in that he was observed drinking an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, thereby violating 625 ILCS 5/11-502.
