Rule 8	2 counts	Disrespect to or maltreatment of any person, while on or off duty. Count 1 On or about June 9, 1996, he maltreated Javier Sierra by allowing and/or encouraging another individual to strike Javier Sierra on or about the face and/or body while Javier Sierra was handcuffed and being held by Officer Mohedano. Count 2 On or about June 9, 1996, he maltreated Javier Sierra by unjustifiably striking Javier Sierra on or about the face and body with his hands and/or a flashlight.

Count 1 On or about June 9, 1996, he did allow and/or encourage another individual to strike Javier Sierra on or about the face and/or body while Javier Sierra was handcuffed and being held by Officer Mohedano. Count 2 On or about June 9, 1996, he unjustifiably struck Javier Sierra on or about the face and body with his hands and/or a flashlight.

Count 2 On or about June 9, 1996, without legal jurisdiction, he did intentionally or knowingly cause bodily harm to Javier Sierra by striking him on or about the face and body with his hands and/or a flashlight in violation of 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a).
