Konrad Galecki

On or about December 1, 1996, Police Officer
Galecki, at about 2107 hours while in the 17th district police station registered .13 on a breath test
administered to him by the Chicago Police
Department, thereby being intoxicated off duty.

On or about December I, 1996, Police Officer
Galecki, in the vicinity of 4104 N. Pulaski Road,
Chicago, Illinois, engaged in a preventable physical
altercation with Michael Gorman in full view of the
public, thereby impeding the Department's efforts
to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing
discredit on the Department.

On or about December I, 1996, Police Officer Galecki, in the vicinity of 4104 N. Pulaski Road,
Chicago, Illinois, beat and/or kicked Michael Gorman about the body and/or grabbed him by the head and kneed him in the face, thereby failing
to respect and/or him, resulting in maltreatment of
Mr. Gorman.

On or about December 1, 1996, Police Officer Galecki, in the vicinity of 4104 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois, engaged in an unjustified physical altercation with Michael Gorman in full view of the
public, thereby impeding the Department's efforts
to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing
discredit on the Department.

On or about December 1, 1996, Police Officer Galecki, in the vicinity of 4104 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois, engaged in an unjustified physical altercation with Michael Gorman in a bar open to the public, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit on the Department.
