Erma L. Williams

In that on December 16, 1997, at or near 4620 S. Damen, Chicago, Illinois, Custodial Worker Erma L. Williams committed the offense of contributing to the Criminal Deliquency of a juvenile in taht being over the age of 21 years, she solicited a minor, Eurdrice Moore, 12 years old, to commit the offense of Retail Theft in that she caused items to be carried away from a retail establishment with the intention of retaining such merchandise without paying full retail value, the retention of property having a value in excess of $150.00 being a felony, thereby violating Chapter 720, Article 5, Section 33D-1(a).

In that on December 16, 1997, at or near 4620 S. Damen, Chicago, Illinois, Custodial Worker Erma L. Williams committed the offense of Retail Theft in that she caused items to be carried away from a retail establishment with the intention fo retaining such merchandise without paying the full retail value, thereby violating Chapter 720, Article 6, Section 16A-3(a).

In that on December 16, 1997, at or near 4620 S. Damen, Chicago Illinois, Custodial Worker Erma L. Williams solicited a minor, Eurdrice Moore, to commit the offense of Retail Theft in that she caused items to be carried away from a retail establishment with the intention of retaining such merchandise without paying full retail value, thereby impeding the Department's effort to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

In that on December 16, 1997, at or near 4620 S. Damen, Chicago, Illinois Custodial Worker Erma L. Williams caused items to be carried away from a retail establishment with the intention of retaining such merchandise without paying full retail value, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
