On or about the first week of January 1998, Supervisor of Police Social Referral Services Anita R. Varon wrote and forwarded an inappropriate letter, dated January 9, 1998, to one of her former clients a Chicago Police Department Sergeant, thereby performing her job duties incompetently.

On or about the first week of January 1998, Supervisor of Police Social Referral Services Anita R. Varon wrote and forwarded an inappropriate letter, dated January 9, 1998, to one of her former clients, a Chicago Police Department Sergeant, thereby disrespecting and/or maltreating this Sergeant while in her capacity as a Supervisor of Police Social Referral Services.

Varon wrote and forwarded an inappropriate letter, dated Police Department Sergeant, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.
