Falandes Peacock

On March 21, 1997, at the Super K-Mart Center, 16300 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, Police Officer Falandes Peacock failed to identify himself when requested several times to do so by Super K-Mart Loss Prevention Supervisor Christine Mullins.

On March 21, 1997, at the Super K-Mart Center, 16300 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, Police Officer Falandes Peacock, engaged in an act of conspiracy by assisting his wife, Andice Ridley-Peacock, in committing retail theft, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and bringing discredit upon the Department.

On March 21, 1997, at the Super K-Mart Center, 16300 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, Police Officer Falandes Peacock, while accompanied by his wife, committed the offense of retail theft, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and bringing discredit upon the Department.

On March 21, 1997, at the Super K-Mart Center, 16300 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, Police Officer Falandes Peacock committed the offense of conspiracy by assisting his wife, Andice Ridley-Peacock, in an act of retail theft, by using his body in an act of retail theft, by using his body in a manner so as to shield his wife from public view as concealed three compact discs on her person and, subsequently, left the store without paying for the discs intending to deprive the owner permanently of the use of the property, thereby violating Chapter 720 ILCS 5/8-2(a).

On March 21, 1997, at the Super K-Mart Center, 16300 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, Police Officer Falandes Peacock, while accompanied by his wife, committed the offense of retail theft by presenting merchandise for refund which he knew belonged to the Super K-Mart store and had not been purchased from the store by the Peacocks, thereby violating Chapter 720 ILCS 5/26A-3(f).
