Count 2 Guilty During the week of February 24 - March 1, 1997, Police Officer Kevin Taalman was inattentive to duty when, while on duty he went to the Admiral Theater, 2940 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago, Illinois, without proper police purpose and failed to notify the dispatcher of his change of status on location.
