Johnny Gomez

From on or about may 30, 1996 through June 5, 1998 or anytime therein, Police Officer Gomez did engage directly or indirectly in the ownership, maintenance, or operation of the Somewhere in Time Tavern, located at 10814 South Torrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, thereby engaging directly or indirectly in the ownership, maintenance, or operation of a taxicab, tavern, or retail liquor establishment.

From on or about May 30, 1996 through June 5, 1998 or anytime therein, Police officer Gomez did engage directly or indirectly in the ownership, maintenance, or operation of the Somewhere in Time Tavern, located at 10714 South Torrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the Department.

From on or about May 30, 1996 through June 5, 1998 or anytime therein, Police Officer Gomez did engage directly or indirectly in the ownership, maintenance, or operation of the Somewhere in Time Tavern, located at 10714 South Torrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, an establishment licensed to sell alcoholic liquor, in violation of City of Chicago Municipal Code §4-60-030, thereby violating an ordinance.
