On October 28, 1997 while in the hallway outside courtroom branch 60, at 1350 South Michigan Avenue, and later while at the OPS offices at 1130 South Wabash Avenue, the Detention Aide Rodriguez harassed Patricia Colon by telling her not to provide an OPS investigator with a formal statement.

On October 27, 1997, while in the vicinity of 1646 West LeMoyne Street, Detention Aide Rodriguez threw water on Patricia Colon.

On October 26, 1997, while in the vicinity of 1544 North Ashland Avenue, Detention Aide Rodriguez did engaged in an unjustified verbal altercation with, the son of Patricia Colon, Steve Colon.

On October 17, 1997, at approximately 6:00 p.m., while at 1646 West LeMoyne Street, Detention Aide Rodriguez called Patricia Colon a "bar hopper", a "lesbian", and/or a "junkie", pushed her against a wall, pushed her to the floor, twisted her arms and wrists, and/or concealed a knife in his waistband causing Ms. Colon to flee from her home in fear for her safety.
