Rule 8	2 counts	Disrespect to or maltreatment of any person, while on or off duty. Count 1 Guilty On or about June 9, 1996, he maltreated Javier Sierra by allowing and/or encouraging another individual to strike Javier Sierra on or about the face and/or body while Javier Sierra was handcuffed and being held by Officer Mohedano. Count 2 Guilty On or about June 9, 1996, he maltreated Javier Sierra by unjustifiably striking Javier Sierra on or abut the face and body with his hands and/or a flashlight.

Count 1 Guilty On or about June 9, 1996, he did allow and/or encourage another individual to strike Javier Sierra on or about the face and/or body while Javier Sierra was handcuffed and being held by Officer Mohedano. Count 2 Guilty On or about June 9, 1996, he unjustifiably struck Javier Sierra on or about the face and body with his hands and/or a flashlight.
