On or about October 6, 2016, between approximately 7:20 a.m. and 8:20 a.m., at the offices of the Independent Police Review Authority ("IPRA") located at 1615 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, during an interview with IPRA investigator(s), Police Officer Alex D. Conway made false statements when he stated "No, I did not" in response to the question "Did you strike Mr. Durrah, while he was in handcuffs?" and when he stated "No" in response to the question "Did you ever strike Mr. Durrah?".
