Puma made false and/or misleading statements concerning what he reported to Las Vegas Police Department Officers Joshua Soriano and/or Zachary Piekarski when he was interviewed by them on or about September 1, 2018, including but not limited to statements that E.D. grabbed his penis, and/or he pushed E.D. away from him, and/or he then immediately left the pool at TAO Beach, when in fact, when interviewed on or about September 1, 2018, Officer Jorge L. Puma admitted to Officers Joshua Soriano and/or Zachary Piekarski that he was touching E.D., and/or E.D. told him to stop, and/or only then did he leave the pool at TAO Beach, or words to that effect.

Puma and E.D. and were known to Officer Jorge L. Puma.
